Tyson Foods recalled packages of the company's "Fun Nuggets" line of chicken nuggets the USDA announced Saturday.
The dinosaur-shaped nuggets were reported by customers to have been contaminated with "metal pieces." One minor oral injury was reported in the release announcing the recall.
